COMMON QUESTIONS

How does the membership billing work? +
Memberships are billed monthly on the date you join. Your silk press visits reset each billing cycle. Unused visits do not roll over.
Can I change my membership tier? +
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What if I need to cancel? +
We ask for 30 days notice before cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Is membership required to visit Soft House? +
Not at all. Walk-in and single-visit appointments are always welcome. Membership simply offers a better rhythm and better value for regular clients.
What hair types do you work with? +
Soft House specializes in textured hair — all curl patterns, coils, and waves. Our system-based silk press model is designed for consistent, healthy results on natural hair.
